Caring for Kids (CFC) is a service club at Washington College created to help better the lives of children in our local community, and to help ease the suffering of those at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.
President: Hjordis Lorenz
Vice President: Molly Gallagher
Secretary: Alyssa Lattomus

In Spring 2012, Caring for Kids kicked off its annual book drive and donated over 200 books to Johns Hopkins. In Spring 2013, the book drive benefited children in Kent County.
Caring for Kids supports the Backpack Program at Garnett Elementary school in Chestertown. Each week the club packs a bag of food for children who face poverty to take home over the weekend.
